


Elena graduated from the Central Special Music School of the Moscow Conservatory , where she studied with Prof. Lev Naumov.
She was a recipient of a reward from the V. Spivakov foundation.
Since 2004 Elena’s been studying in the Royal Academy of Music in London on a full scholarship with Prof. Christopher Elton.

Same year September, she
made her debut in Queen Elizabeth Hall, as one of the pianists invited to perform the complete 24 Preludes and Fugues by D. Shostakovich during his 100th Anniversary.
She has been a regular participant in "The Moscow Autumn" series of festivals that are organized by the Union of Composers (1994 - 2003).
At the age of eleven she played in Paris and ata modern music festival in France.
She has been a participant in many concerts in philharmonic halls in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Also she has played with success in Italy, Finland and Portugal.
In 2003, she gave a solo recital at the Glinka
Somerset House.
In 2000, the publishing house "TWIC" released her first set of solo recordings.
In 2003 Elena recorded a CD with Sergey Rachmaninoff’s Second Piano Sonata, works by Bach and Ravel as well as the Fantasia "In Memory of S. Prokofiev" (2003), written by the pianist’s father.
This CD at was placed on the biggest American Site devoted to classical music.
Elena has rich repertoire of Russian and Western European classical and modern music.
In addition to performing she composes. She participated in numerous composition workshops including some taken by Sir Peter Maxwell Davies. Her composition teachers are Graham Williams and Ruth Byrchmore.
